We also collect information automatically when you use the platform, including usage data and session metadata. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the platform, process bookings and payments, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, session reminders), and display your public consultant profile to potential clients. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services: Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments and payouts, Daily.co for video sessions, and Neon for database hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking history and session records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management (via Clerk). We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your rights
